We promise payment on the same day we receive your device, once it has been inspected and everything matches your order. Same-day payment applies to orders received before 1pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays — anything arriving after that is processed the next working day.

By bank transfer, straight into the account you gave us when you placed your order. Our transfers clear the same day rather than taking three working days.

100% of the price you were quoted, provided the device matches your order and our Terms & Conditions of Supply. That is our price promise — the value you saw when you sold is the money that reaches your account.

Yes, as long as we have not already sent the payment. Call 0333 344 8541 or email [email protected] with your order number as soon as you can and we will update them for you.

If our inspection finds the device differs from the order — a different model or storage size, or a fault that was not selected — we email you a revised offer showing the new value and why it changed. Nothing is paid until you respond.

Just tell us and we will return your device to you completely free of charge. There is no obligation to accept.

If we do not hear from you within 14 days, the revised order is automatically processed for payment. If you would rather have the device back, please reply before then.

No. There are no listing fees, no commission and no postage costs. The quoted price is what you receive.

Selling your own used personal device is not normally something you would need to declare, but we cannot give tax advice. If you are selling as a business or in volume, please check with HMRC or your accountant.
