No — you can sell as a guest. An account just makes things easier: your details are saved for next time, and you can track every order in one place.

Click Register and enter your name, email address and a password. It takes under a minute, and our registration is protected with SSL encryption so your details stay private.

Click Forgot Password on the sign-in page and enter your email address. We will send you a link to set a new one. If the email does not appear within a few minutes, check your junk folder.

Sign in and open My Account to update your details. If you have an order already on its way to you, please let us know too so the pack goes to the right address.

You can update them in My Account for future orders. For an order that is already in progress, contact us on 0333 344 8541 or [email protected] so we can change them before payment is sent.

Yes — My Orders lists every order you have placed with us, what was on it and what you were paid.

Yes. Our site uses SSL encryption throughout, and we only ever use your details to process your sale and pay you. Our privacy policy sets out exactly what we hold and why.

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom — one click and you are off the list. You will still receive the emails about your actual orders.

Yes. Email [email protected] from the address on the account and we will close it and remove your details, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

Check the email address is the one you registered with and try resetting your password. If you still cannot get in, give us a call and we will help.
