Once you have placed an order online, we will post you a pack within days. Your pack will include a quick confirmation, delivery note, posting instructions and a freepost bag. Simply place the handset and delivery note in the bag to return to us.
Once your online order is placed, we’ll post you a pack within days. After this, we will arrange a free collection with UPS to return your items.
If your pack has not arrived within 5 days, it may have been lost in the post. Please check that we have your correct address and contact us to arrange another pack to be sent.
We have various free posting options for you to choose from. Simply use the freepost bag provided to send your phone(s).

Our freepost bag has been specially designed to ensure it’s safe and secure. We recommend you protect any delicate handset screens by wrapping them in bubble wrap or similar before placing them in the bag.
We will send you an email the day your phone arrives at our facility. Please allow up to 3-4 working days for delivery to us.
If you sent items in multiple bags, it is possible that they may arrive at our facility on different days. Please allow additional time for this.
Don’t worry, provided you posted your phone(s) on time, we will not penalize you for the delay.
Yes. Choose Print Your Own Pack when you place your order and we will email your prepaid Royal Mail label straight away, so you can post the same day. If you do not have a printer, book a Royal Mail collection and select the option for the driver to bring the label with them.
Our prepaid Tracked Return is free and covers loss or damage up to £150, arriving with us in 1-3 working days. If your device is worth more than £150, we recommend upgrading to Special Delivery at the Post Office counter, which covers up to £750.
Yes, please. Hand your parcel over the counter and ask for a free proof-of-postage receipt, then keep it until you have been paid. It is required for any loss or damage claim.
