What we actually do
We buy
Phones, tablets, smart watches, laptops and consoles — working or faulty, locked or unlocked. You get an instant price and 14 days to send it in.
We test and grade
Every device is inspected by our own technicians at our UK facility on the day it arrives, and checked against the model, storage and condition on your order.
We refurbish and rehome
Around 80% are refurbished and resold, most of them reprocessed right here in the UK, so they go on to a second owner rather than a drawer.
We recycle the rest
Anything beyond repair is recycled in compliance with WEEE standards. We aim to reuse over 95% of everything we receive.
How we like to work
Say what we'll pay, then pay it
Our price promise is written down: 100% of the quote, or the device back free of charge. If anything changes, you approve it before a penny moves.
