Your phone has probably been reported lost or stolen if you have been unable to use it. We do not buy phones that have been disabled. It is recommended that the genuine owner of a blocked smartphone get in touch with their service provider to get the device unblocked.
What if my phone is Network locked?
We'll buy your locked phone from a British carrier and pay you full price.
Do you accept fake/counterfeit phones?
It's becoming more common to find fake mobile devices. These phones are counterfeits that seem just like the real thing, but they might put your safety at risk if you use them. Any items that are not 100% authentic will not be purchased by us.
Do you accept stolen phones?
We have zero tolerance for criminals and will not purchase stolen phones. We double-check all incoming calls to make sure they are not banned (registered lost or stolen).
