What you need before you start
Four things, and none of them take long. Getting these right is what keeps an order moving without a single email from us.
The handset and its battery
That is genuinely all we need. Keep the box, the charger, the case and the screen protector.
Your SIM and memory card removed
We cannot return cards left inside devices, and a memory card holds as much personal data as the phone.
The device erased and signed out
Switch off Find My or remove your Google account first. A locked device cannot be inspected or paid for.
Your bank details to hand
We pay by bank transfer, so you will need your account number and sort code when you place the order.
